Senior Manager Non EB Client servicing

Major Deliverables:

· Client servicing; Policy and Endorsement management. Managing source data for policies, prepare RFQ’s,

Comparison reports. Liaising with insurers for quotes, documents, refunds.

· Claims servicing: Intimating, coordination with client teams for claims documentation, liaising with insurers and

surveyors for claims, Non EB

· MIS. Maintain policy and Claims MIS

· Generate/provide reports as per client needs.

· Maintain TAT for documents and claims

Key Account Manager

The primary responsibility of this position:

· Overall Account Manager for allocated Large/Key Account of the Corporate Segment

· Responsible to represent TMIBSASL as a single point Relationship Head for the client

· Overall responsible for the combined Revenue generated for all product lines in the client portfolio

· One point representative for TMIBASL to handle all customer strategic business goals

· To ensure coordination within TMIBASL Product Specialist teams and functions for providing SLA driven activities in the account

· Build CXO level relationship for TMIBASL to ensure brick-walling the account from competition threats

· Represent client interest with Insurers/TPA/Surveyors and internal stakeholders for meeting client needs

· Retention of account for their Employee Benefits and Non EB Portfolio with TMIBASL

· Achieve yearly revenue-renewal, expanded business and yield targets on all product lines

· Achieve up-sell and cross-sell targets for the period

· Interact with Insurers in partnership with product specialist to achieve the pricing for respective products incepted during the policy term

· Build relationship with TPA/Surveyor and Insurance company representatives for ensuring efficient service delivery and claim Settlement

· Build relationship with key stake holders/decision makers to manage client issues and requirements with regards to their business operations

· Present to client regular monthly/quarterly/annual policy performance and present new product or services solutions as agreed with the customer for the new policy period along with the Product Servicing Manager

· Present Stewardship report on quarterly basis to all stakeholders.

· Assist in Roll out of LKP/Claims Portal and other TMIBASL IT tools

Liability – Techno Marketing

The Liability -Techno Marketing will be responsible for managing and optimizing the operations related to liability products/services, while also spearheading business development initiatives to drive revenue growth, partnerships, and market expansion. This hybrid role will require a balance of operational expertise in liability management with a strategic focus on identifying new business opportunities and relationships that align with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Techno Marketing:

• Working closely with the sales team to provide technical support

• Understanding policy wordings, coverages and market trend

• Analyzing client requirements and advising suitable liability policy

• Preparing RFQ and coordinating with insurers for placement

• Negotiating terms, conditions and pricing with insurers.

· Preparing detailed comparison of covers and presenting to the client

• Managing renewals, policy issuance, endorsements and COI.

BD & Client Engagement:

• Identifying potential clients and pitching relevant liability policy.

• Preparing presentations and meeting clients for discussion.

• Accompanying sales colleagues for client meetings

• Mapping cross sell / expansion opportunities for existing clients and ensuring that

sales colleagues are working on such opportunities

Candidates Profile:

· Liability Knowledge: Strong understanding of liability products (Cyber,D&O,PI), insurance processes, risk management, claims, and regulatory compliance.

· Business Development: Proven experience in driving business development initiatives, acquiring new clients, and negotiating contracts.

· Strong communication and Interpersonal skills.

· Operational Expertise: Ability to manage operational tasks, optimize workflows, and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Behavioral Competencies:

· Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information to both internal and external stakeholders.

· Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
